Zambia Centre for Accountancy Studies (ZCAS) How to Apply
ZCAS University welcomes students with a range of school leaving certificates and qualifications from all over the world for both professional and academic programmes. Prospective students are advised to fulfil the minimum admission requirements for entry as well as English Language requirement (if relevant) as indicated.
General Application Information
Applications for admission open July to December for the January intake and February to May for the June semester. Each student is requested to complete one application form.
All applicants whose application forms are received by ZCAS University will receive an acceptance letter from the Student Administration office within 5 working days. All successful applicants will receive a letter which includes registration dates, information on registration and tuition fees.

- Do I qualify
Check if you meet the entry requirements for the course you wish to study and for Faculty specific entry requirements.
- Application
Applications throughout the year for the January and June semesters and application forms can be obtained online or through our student administration office.
- Admission
Student administration office will provide feedback on application by issuing an acceptance letter which indicates commencement dates and tuition fees.
- Finances
Student should pay all the fees or 70% as the first instalment before commencement of the programme. Students should also take note of the Registration, Examination and Subscription fees to be paid to the different professional bodies. Fees should be deposited the following account;

- Registration (Enrolments)
Accepted students must enrol on or before the registration dates as indicated. A minimum 70% deposit on tuition fees plus administrative charges should be paid.
Orientation
The student administration office provides information to new students on student life on campus. Orientation features a week long and includes advice on academic courses, time management, study methods and skills etc.
