1. OPENING DATES
Opening dates for 2016/17 Academic Year are as follows
i. FIRST YEAR STUDENTS
Monday 14th August 2017. Students who have been offered accommodation are expected to arrive on campus on Sunday 13th August 2017. Information about students that have been offered accommodation is available on the link Foundation -2017-2018 The week beginning 14th to 18th August is for orientation and it is a must that you attend the orientation.
ii. CONTINUING STUDENTS
The opening date for continuing students is 21st August 2017. Students who have been offered accommodation are expected to arrive on campus on Sunday 20th August 2017. Classes begin on Monday 21st August, 2017. Please ensure that you would have done the registration before Monday 21st August 2017.
All continuing students may registering through SARIS from Monday, 31st July 2017
Accommodation shall only be accessed after paying the required rentals in full. Offer letters for the same shall be collected from the DEAN OF STUDENT office from 1st August 2017
2. REGISTRATION
Registration period remains two weeks from the opening date. Students are reminded that rules and regulations pertaining to registration process shall apply and therefore should be strictly adhered to.
3. FEES
Financial contribution for the academic year is as follows:
- 1st Year – Foundation – K550, 000 per academic year
- Continuing Generic Students – K350, 000 per academic year
- Mature Students – K1, 350,000 per academic year
The fees are payable in full or half for each semester at the beginning of the semester. Please be reminded that no fees no registration.
