2017 / 2018 LUANAR Self-Sponsored Non-Residential City Campus Intake Of Students

LUANAR is pleased to announce names of successful candidates who have been selected to pursue various self-sponsored non-residential City Campus Generic and Mature Entry undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes for the 2017/2018 Academic Year.
Undergraduate candidates are expected to attend a one week orientation session from Monday 23rd October, 2017 to Friday 27th October, 2017. Classes shall commence on Monday, 30th October, 2017. The Venue for the orientation session and classes shall be LUANAR’s City Campus which is situated in Area 36 along M1 road adjacent to Energem Filling Station.
Postgraduate candidates are expected to attend a two days orientation session from Friday 27th October, 2017 to Saturday 28th October, 2017 from 13:00 hours. Classes shall commence on Friday, 3rd November, 2017. The Venue for the orientation session and classes shall be LUANAR’s City Campus which is situated in Area 36 along M1 road adjacent to Energem Filling Station.
Students are reminded that they would have to fend for their own food, accommodation, transport, stationery and other requirements relating to research and upkeep during the entire period of their studies on campus and work place attachments.
Successful undergraduate candidates to pursue degree programmes are required to pay tuition fees worth MWK771,000.00 annually (MWK385,500.00 per semester), and candidates to pursue diploma programmes are required to pay tuition fees worth MWK385,500.00 annually (MWK192,750.00 per semester) which must be paid through the following National Bank Account: LUANAR Off-Campus, Account number: 1001595691. For registration, candidates will be required to present proof of at least 50% (K385,500.00) and (MWK192,750.00)respectively, fees payment in the form of a bank deposit slip bearing the name of the candidate as well as original copies of their academic certificates, identity documents and two passport size photographs. Only students who have paid fees and fulfilled the registration requirements shall be granted access to university services and facilities.
Successful postgraduate students are required to pay tuition fees worth US$4,000.00 annually (US$2,000.00 per semester) which must be paid through the following Bank Account: LUANAR Off-Campus, Account number: 1001595691. For registration candidates are required to present proof of at least 50% (US$2,000.00) fees payment in the form of a bank deposit slip bearing the name of the candidate as well as original copies of academic certificates, identity documents and two passport size photographs. Only students who have paid fees and fulfilled the registration requirements shall be granted access to university services and facilities.
