Admission Requirements
UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMMES
1. BACHELOR OF PHARMACY DURATION (4) YEARS
CREDITS IN THE FOLLOWING;
- MATHEMATICS
- ENGLISH LANGUAGE
- PHYSICS/PHYSICAL SCIENCE/CHEMISTRY
- BIOLOGY
AND ATLEAST
C GRADE PASS IN ANY OTHER TWO SUBJECTS
OR
A recognized equivalent qualification
“A” Level Admissions:
A student may be exempted from taking courses already passed at “A” level with a C grade or better.
INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES: International Candidates may be admitted directly into a programme of the Department of Pharmacy provided the special requirements in the specific programme are complied with.
2. BACHELOR OF MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENCES DURATION (4) YEARS
CREDITS IN THE FOLLOWING;
- MATHEMATICS
- ENGLISH LANGUAGE
- PHYSICS/PHYSICAL SCIENCE/CHEMISTRY
- BIOLOGY
AND ATLEAST
C GRADE PASS IN ANY OTHER TWO SUBJECTS
OR
A recognized equivalent qualification
“A” Level Admissions:
A student may be exempted from taking courses already passed at “A” level with a C grade or better.
INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES: International Candidates may be admitted directly into a programme of the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences provided the special requirements in the specific programme are complied with.
3. BACHELOR OF RADIOGRAPHY DURATION (4)YEARS
CREDITS IN THE FOLLOWING;
- MATHEMATICS
- ENGLISH LANGUAGE
- PHYSICS/PHYSICAL SCIENCE/CHEMISTRY
- BIOLOGY
AND ATLEAST
C GRADE PASS IN ANY OTHER TWO SUBJECTS
OR
A recognized equivalent qualification
“A” Level Admissions:
A student may be exempted from taking courses already passed at “A” level with a C grade or better.
INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES: International Candidates may be admitted directly into a programme of the Department of Radiography provided the special requirements in the specific programme are complied with.
4. BACHELOR OF NURSING SCIENCE DURATION (4) YEARS
A minimum of six passes obtained in the GCE “O” Level/IGSCE/SGSCE which must include
passes at C grade or better in English Language, Mathematics and two of the following:
- MATHEMATICS
- ENGLISH
- BIOLOGY
- PHYSICS/PHYSICSICAL SCIENCE/CHEMISTRY
- HUMAN AND SOCIAL BIOLOGY
- COMBINED SCIENCE
- AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE
- GEOGRAPHY
AND ATLEAST
C GRADE PASS IN ANY OTHER TWO SUBJECTS
OR

5. BACHELOR OF ARTS IN PSYCHOLOGY DURATION (4) YEARS
