Steps for registration (Do the following after semester results have been published)

  1. Log in your student portal.
  2. Under student menu Click on the first tab (july or january)Semester Registration
  3. Select mode of study
  4. Your Quotation will appear if you have no outstanding balance.
  5. Click the printer icon on top of the quotation to print the quotation.
  6. Deposit the fees at any of the banks on shown on your quotation.
  7. Make sure that you provide your STUDENT NUMBER to the cashier at the bank on depositing.
  8. Go back to your student portal after 48 hours and click on (Click to register)on your quotation under TOTAL FEES.

Steps for registration

  1. Click on “New student registration” link below to start registration.
  2. Your Quotation will appear (If student has Exemptions, registration should be done through academic office).
  3. Deposit the fees at any of the banks shown on your quotation.
  4. Click the printer icon on top of the quotation to print the quotation.
  5. Make sure that you provide your STUDENT NUMBER to the cashier at the bank on depositing.
  6. Repeat step 1 after 48 hours and click on (Click to register) on your quotation under TOTAL FEES.
  7. Collect student ID card from the ID department in Room 1.
  8. Create student Portal Account to view registration details

To view the number of courses in each programme per semester, kindly visit https://www.unilus.ac.zm/SOPS.aspx 2. Mode of payment: All deposits should be made directly to the Bank (QUOTING YOUR STUDENT NUMBER ONLY) 3. Terms of payment: Full payment before commencing classes. 4. Part payment will only be accepted upon 50% down payment on tuition fees and signing of a credit agreement form with Accounts. 5. If you have not registered, visit www.unilus.ac.zm 48 hours after making a deposit and follow the online registration procedure.
