You can safely deposit your money in branch either in your account or another account held at Lesotho PostBank. Just provide a teller with a filled deposit slip with a correct account number and the funds will be deposited immediately into the account.
Withdraw any amount of money that is in your account in branch. Withdrawing inside the branch is ideal if you need an amount that exceeds your ATM withdrawal limit. You will be required to show your valid identification (passport/national ID/drivers licence), your savings book or ATM card and filled withdrawal slip
Lesotho PostBank has rolled out Point Of Sale (POS) terminals at all its branches. Customers can withdraw funds through these terminals on request. The Bank is currently working on having the POS terminals at various outlets in the country to enable clients to easily access them and purchase goods/service through them.
