Entry Requirements
Applicants must possess the following:
- Grade 12 with 5 “O” Levels Credits or Better in English, Mathematics, Biology, and any other two relevant subjects.
- Pass in the Aptitude Test and Oral Interview.
- A Letter of Recommendation from any immediate Supervisor.

All applicants must pass regular subjects and grades at least 6 or better before applying Defence School of Nursing Application form. The subjects includes, English Language, Mathematics and any other four subjects.

DEFENCE SCHOOL OF NURSING ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS 2021/2022
Defence School of Nursing Admission Requirements: Either five ‘O’ levels as follows: English Language and any four
subjects from the following: History, Geography, French, Literature in English, Mathematics, a
Zambian Language, Civic Education, Religious Education, Wood Work, Metal Work, Geometric
and Mechanical Drawing, Home Economics, Art and Design, Computer Science, Economics,
Commerce, Additional Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and any other acceptable
subject OR a Defence School of Nursing Diploma or its equivalent from a recognized institution.

Defence School of Nursing application form can be completed online or obtained from the Admission Unit of the school after payment of the application fee.
Completed application forms are to be forwarded to the school on or before the deadline of submission.
