REQUIREMENTS FOR INDEXING LOCALLY-TRAINED STUDENTS
Indexing of students in approved training institutions shall be done within the first month of being enrolled in a training programme and the following shall be the requirements:
1) Duly completed Indexing Application Form
2) Copy of valid acceptance letter from the training Institution
3) Certified copy of the Grade 12 certificate or its equivalent, with grade Credit or better in 5 subjects:
– English
– Mathematics
– Biology or Agricultural Science
– Physics or Chemistry or Science, and
– any other subject.
(Equivalents must be equated to the Zambian system)
4) Certified copy of the National Registration Card/ Passport
5) One passport size photograph
Diploma in Clinical Medicine
3 years | Full-time study program
Minimum requirements:
Credit or better in;
English, Maths , Science, Biology and any Optional Subject
Diploma in Registered Nursing
3 years | Full-time study program
Minimum requirements:
Credit or better in;
English, Maths , Science or Biology and any two Optional Subjects

Entry qualifications are as follows:
REGISTERED NURSING – Full grade 12 certificate with 5 credits or better in English, Mathematics, Biology or Science plus any other 2 subjects (As per General Nursing Council of Zambia).
CLINICAL MEDICINE – Full grade 12 certificate with 5 credits or better in English, Mathematics, Biology , Science plus any other subject (As per Health Professionals Council of Zambia)
