PRIVATE CANDIDATES REGISTRATION FOR THE EXAMINATIONSPSLE, JCE and BGCSE
PRIMARY SCHOOL LEAVING EXAMINATION (PSLE)
The general public is informed that the PSLE Registration has commenced and will end on 26 February. For more information, the public is informed to contact their respective centres.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Candidates are expected to register at their respective centres. Candidates who wish to sit for PSLE as private candidates can make arrangements with any PSLE registered centre.
JUNIOR CERTIFICATE EXAMINATION (JCE)
Private candidates are informed that JCE Registration will start in February and until April. The information
regarding Registration can be accessed through Malepa, the BEC website at www.bec.co.bw, the BEC Facebook page (Botswana Examinations Council) and Twitter Account @Bots_Exams. Candidates can also call the following lines for more information: 3650826, 3650809, 3650700, 0800601025
PLEASE NOTE:
All Botswana Open University (BOU) Candidates will register at their learning centres.
All Individual private candidates are to use the online Registration platform Malepa, (https://malepa.bec.co.bw) and process payment through Visa Card, Master card and/or First National Bank. 3. There will be NO LATE REGISTRATION for the series so ALL candidates must register between February and April.
Candidates are urged to read and familiarise themselves with the JCE Registration instructions and Notice to Candidates documents before registering.
Candidates are urged to check the details of their Registration thoroughly before submitting the registration application.
Any syllabus entry amendments needed after the closing date will be liable to penalties.

BOTSWANA GENERAL CERTIFICATE OF SECONDARY EDUCATION (BGCSE) And GENERAL CERTIFICATE OF EDUCATION (GCE) O’LEVEL
Private candidates are informed that registration will start on 08 March to 30 April (For BGCSE and GCE O’ Level).
