During the first year, you will develop a strong foundation in the fundamentals of business and discover your career aspirations through our Career & Professional Preparation module. Want to be your own boss in the future? You are in the right place. Learn how to transform your business idea into a real product, and showcase it to a panel of industry practitioners in the Kickstart a Business module. You will also have many opportunities for business ideation within the wider NP ecosystem and beyond. In addition, you will also learn how to manage resources to build a successful business through a simulation game in the Makings of a Business module.
What’s more, you can look forward to more interactive and varied learning experiences in CBP. With lessons conducted both in person and through online learning courses and resources, you will get more time in your CBP curriculum to deepen your skills and interests. In addition, you will also have opportunities to apply your skills and knowledge by working on real-world projects.
At the end of your first year, you will get to select one of our 5 sought-after business diplomas in a preference ranking exercise. All freshmen from BA, including those who opt for CBP, will share a common curriculum in the first year.
