Recently, the National University of Singapore (NUS) announced the evolution of the NUS University Scholars Programme (USP) and Yale-NUS College (Yale-NUS) into a New College.
Integrating the strongest and most distinctive features of Yale-NUS and USP, the New College will broaden access to interdisciplinary liberal arts education through multiple pathways and specialisations. Students of the New College will experience the model of immersive, educational experience characterised by an innovative and rigorous common curriculum adapted from the Yale-NUS foundation, residential living and small group teaching.
We are excited about this new journey for the New College which will enable us to offer broader as well as more specialised offerings through a deeper integration with NUS.
The Yale-NUS Class of 2025, who matriculated in Academic Year 2021/2022, will form the final cohort of Yale-NUS students. Yale-NUS will not be accepting applications for the Academic Year 2022/2023 and beyond. Please refer to the NUS website in the coming months for further details on applying to the New College.
