In addition to the Administrative fee Rs 10,000 per annum, students will have to pay Tuition fee EUR 2,000 per annum.
For students who are not eligible for Free Tertiary Education Scheme Tuition fees EUR 4,000 per annum will be applicable.

General Minimum Entry Requirements and other information are available in the following Regulations

  1. School-Leavers who are ranked after the 2020 LAUREATES are eligible for a Scholarship at the
    University of Mauritius upon registration as students of the University of Mauritius. The
    Scholarship covers the General Fees, but excludes Registration Fees and Students’ Welfare Fund
    (amounting to Rs 3,200).
    The Scholarship must be taken in the current Academic Year and may not be
    postponed.
  2. Mature Candidates may apply for all the above programmes. If they wish to be considered as Mature Candidates, it is compulsory that they tick the box at Section 14 of the Application Form and attach documentary evidence with regard to work experience (only those who have filled in this section and submitted the requested documents will be considered for admission as Mature Candidates). Notes:
Applicants should submit their Application Form Online only and will be required to upload the following

Applicants should always keep a copy of the proof of payment. The University may ask applicants to produce a
copy of the proof of payment.
The University is not liable for any wrong or incomplete information submitted. Any Financial Charges, where applicable, will have to be borne by the Applicant. Applicants will not be required to call at the University for application procedures.

For applicants who wish to alter their choices of programmes by the deadline, an additional Application Fee of Rs 1,500 will be charged.
The University will not accept any change in the choice and order of priority of programmes after the deadline.
Deadline for submission of online application is Monday 25th October 2021.
Deadline for Payment at the Bank is Wednesday 27th October 2021.

(i) Applications received after the closing date or not supported by the Application Fee of Rs 1,500 will not be
considered.
(ii) Applications not submitted on the prescribed online form will not be considered.
(iii) For applicants who wish to alter their choices of programmes by the deadline, an additional Application Fee

(iv) Applicants are informed that the University reserves the right not to run any one of the above mentioned programmes should there be an insufficient number of students registered for same.
(v) Applicants are informed that the University is under no obligation to find employment eventually for successful applicants.
(vi) The University reserves the right to amend the Programme Structures and individual modules, as well as the offer of modules during the duration of a course at any time with reasonable notice, by letters circulated through the Programme Coordinator and email to students concerned at least one month prior to the implementation of the amendment(s) made.
