As an EduTrust-Certified Private Education Institution, SRMC is strictly not allowed to collect fees beyond 12 months. Installment payments (if any) have to be equally divided.
An important aspect of the EduTrust framework is the Fee Protection Scheme (FPS), It serves to protect all students’ fees in the event that the college is unable to continue operations due to insolvency and/or regulatory closure. Furthermore, the FPS protects students if the college fails to pay penalties or return fees to the students, arising from judgments made against it by the Singapore courts.
EduTrust certified institutes must protect the total fees paid by all students via Fee Insurance provided by appointed service providers.
Course Fees comprise Tuition and other Course-related Fees (these are compulsory fees that must be paid by the student).
- All students must sign the Advisory Note to Student before signing the Standard PEI-Student Contract.
- The Standard PEI-Student Contract must be signed by the student prior to making course fees payments to SRMC.
- SRMC reserves the right to make amendment to the course fees without prior notice as and when it deem necessary.
Miscellaneous Fees
Miscellaneous Fees refer to any non-compulsory and non-standard fees, which the student will pay only when necessary or applicable. Such fees are normally collected on an ad-hoc basis by the PEI when the need arises.
