Postgraduate application overview
Masters programmes normally take candidates with a good honours degree (2.1 or better) . The duration of the programmes is usually between 18-24months for full time programmes and double the duration for part time study.

Application process
Advertisements for the postgraduate programmes are normally flighted in October for the January/February intake and in March for the August/September intake .
Completed application forms should be submitted to admissions office after the advertisement for the programmes has been flighted.

General entry requirements
For admission into programmes of study at the University of Zimbabwe for any first degree, an applicant must have the 5 ‘O’ subjects, including English Language at ‘O’ level and at least 2 ‘A’ Level passes or equivalent.
