The Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarships offer funding awards to international students across undergraduate and postgraduate taught levels of study. International applicants who are holding offers for selected undergraduate programmers will automatically be considered for a Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship.

Qualifying recipients of the scholarship will receive the award in the form of a tuition fee discount. No cash alternative is available and the award cannot be used in place of any required deposit.
The scholarship is for full-time students who will be based on the Cardiff campus and start their studies in September. The award cannot be used for any other year of entry.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Cardiff University Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarships, you are expected to meet the following conditions:
Applicants domiciled in the following countries are automatically eligible for an enhanced scholarship of £5,000.

- Jordan
- Kenya
- Lebanon
- Nigeria
- Pakistan
You will automatically be awarded the appropriate funding as long as you meet our eligibility criteria as set out in the terms and conditions.

Application Procedures
How-to-Apply: You must submit your application through UCAS by 30 June 2022 and if you meet, or exceed, the conditions stated in your UCAS offer, or, if you are initially awarded an unconditional offer, you will automatically be granted the scholarship as a tuition fee discount.
