Patrick Kabambe, the senior civil servant, has joined the private sector and is now with First Merchant Bank.

Kabambe was Principal Secretary for Labour and Manpower Development and has served as controlling officiers in various ministries including Fofreign Affairs.
In his posting on LinkedIn a social networking service primarily used for professional networking, Kabambe profile indicates he is now Managing Executive and Head of Government and International Organisations at First Merchant Bank of Malaiw.
He indicates that he studied at State University of New York at Binghamton and graduated with Master’s degree, Economics from 1995 – 1996.
