The Malawi Institute of Management (MIM) is inviting applications from suitably
qualified persons for admission into the 2019 Academic year, commencing in
March 2019, for the following programmes:
Undergraduate Programmes- (Normal Entry 4 yrs; Mature Entry 3yrs OR 2 yrs)
1. Bachelor of Business Administration (General)
2. Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing)
3. Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resource Management)
4. Bachelor of Science in Information Communication & Technology Postgraduate Programmes- 2 yrs
5. Master of Business Administration (MBA)
6. Master of Science in Management Studies (MMS)
7. Master of Science in Information Systems (MIS)
FEES & MODE OF DELIVERY
1. Postgraduate programmes: K900, 000.00 per semester-Block release and weekend.
2. Undergraduate programmes: K400, 000.00 per semester-Full time (Mondays – Fridays), weekend and Block release.
These Programmes will be delivered at both Blantyre (MCDE premises in Ginnery
Corner) and Lilongwe (Kanengo) campuses.
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS
1. Postgraduate: Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in the selected field of study with
at least two years relevant practical experience.
2. Undergraduate:
a. Normal Entry (Year 1): MSCE with 6 credits including English and or GCE equivalent.
b. Mature entry (Year 3 OR 2): MSCE with at least 4 credits including English and Mathematics; an advanced diploma OR diploma in
related field with a pass of 55% or above accumulative GPA of 2.50 or above in the final year obtained from a credible and recognized
institution; plus two years relevant practical experience.
Boarding Fees
MIM provides boarding facilities at Lilongwe campus at K200, 000 per semester.

Application fee
All applications should be supported by a non-refundable application fee of
MK10, 000.00 which should be deposited into the following account;

Completed hard copies of application forms with the following supporting
documents CVs, certified copies of certificates, academic transcripts and two
passport size photographs should be received not later than Friday 25th January,
