All applicants must submit a completed application form or apply online. You should submit your paper-based application at least a fortnight before the published deadline. Applicants should also enclose the following documents.
A certified copy of your birth certificate
A certified copy of your national ID
A certified copy of your O level certificate
A certified copy of your A level certificate
Certified copies of other certificates
Note: The application fee is $20. For online application a bank deposit slip should be attached on the form.
Admission Requirement
5 ‘O’ Level passes including English Language and Mathematics and At least 2 ‘A’ Level passes in Biology and/or Agriculture plus any of the following subjects; Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics or Geography; OR A relevant National Diploma or its equivalent.

Mature entry (Undergraduate Degree Programmes)
Mature entry is considered for candidates who are at least twenty-five (25) years old with five ‘O’ level passes including English Language and Mathematics, and who have relevant work experience
How to apply for Admission
Visit our Website on www.lsu.ac.zw alternatively complete an official application form which can be obtained from the Admissions Office, Lupane State University, Ground Floor, Parkade Centre, Fife Street/ 9th Avenue, upon payment of ZWL$40.00. Application forms can also be downloaded from the University website and the completed application form should be accompanied by an original bank deposit slip of the application fee of ZWL$40.00.
Late applications will be accepted upon payment of a late application fee of ZWL$45.00. The University’s banking details are as follows: Lupane State University; Bank: Agribank; Branch: 8 th Avenue, Bulawayo; Account Number: 10357-057291279101.
Please include your full name on the deposit slip. The completed form should be submitted to the undersigned together with certified copies of your National Identity document, Birth Certificate, ‘O’ level and ‘A’ level certificates and other relevant documents by end of day
