Reporting: Direct report to the National General Secretary
Duration: One year (with an option to renew)

Job Summary
Young Women Christian Association Zimbabwe (YWCA) is looking for a Finance Person to fill the post of National Finance Officer reporting to the National General Secretary.

Duties And Responsibilities

The role involves: Providing the procedural and technical support to staff within the areas of finance; To ensure compliance with YWCA financial policies, rules and regulations for all centres; Monitor monthly expenditure forecasts and provide expenditure reports in order to facilitate informed decision making for all centres; Monitor the organization’s bank accounts to ensure that adequate funds are available and appropriately disbursed for all centres; Coordination of asset management for all centres; Training of staff on administrative procedures for all centres; Tracking and reporting on mobilized resources; Participate and prepare Audits for all centres; Prepare salaries for all centres; Carry out any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job

Qualifications And Experience


A degree in Accounts and Finance; Minimum experience 3 years in a non-profit making organization; Clean Class 4 Drivers Licence
