Well we were protesting against SARS an arm of the police force for killing young Nigerian and against police brutality and yesterday around 12 the governor of Lagos sanctioned a curfew for 4pm but of course most protesters at the ground won’t be able to leave and so they all sat down and held hands together.
There were videos around 4 where people asked the governor to ensure the safety of the protesters as they won’t be able to go home but around 7pm armed military men attacked peaceful unarmed protesters shooting at them on site.
A popular DJ who was there went live on ig and we were watching and called on the world to watch it too, over 18 people died, while her live broadcast was still on a young man who have bullet in him was struggling for his life and so we started calling different hospitals to send help which they did but ambulances were stopped by the soldiers and they kept shooting at them on interval until this morning.
All we were asking was stop killing us, stop police brutality but they planned our killing anyway cause the place where the protesters where gathered has CCTV and billboards as source of light around 3pm there were pictures of men who came to remove all the CCTV by order from the government and turned off the lights.
