UPDATE ON THE 2023 EXAMINATIONS AND ALLEGED BGCSE MALPRACTICE
Botswana Examinations Council wishes to inform the candidates and the general public that papers that were due to be written on the 13th of October 2023 will be treated as follows;
1. Mathematics Paper 2 is CANCELLED.
2. Business Studies Paper 2 is POSTPONED.
This is done to protect the integrity of examinations and the credibility of the BGCSE qualifications. Further steps on the way forward regarding this matter will be communicated in due course.
Candidates are urged to remain focused on their examinations and field their best performance. BEC is doing all within its power to protect the best interests of the candidates.
