Mountcrest University College Admission for Academic Year

There are two (2) admissions in a year – February/March, September/ October.

Applicants are required to pick admission forms at the Kanda campus in Accra or download them online from our website: www.mountcrestuniversity.com

The completed forms, in addition to the requirements below, must be sent to the Kanda campus. Applicants will then be invited for a selection interview on campus.

WE ARE OPENED FOR FEBRUARY 2020 ADMISSIONS

UNDERGRADUATE COURSES

Two authenticated copies of certificates in the following:

  • West Africa Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) or Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSSCE). Holders must have credits (A1-C6/A-D respectively) in the following three (3) Core Subjects: English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science plus credits (A1-C6/ A-D) in three Elective Subjects with an Aggregate Score of 24 or better in the relevant area of study.
  • Ordinary and Advanced Level (‘’O” Level and “A” Level) certificate holders must have credits in at least five C5 subjects at the GCE ‘0’ Level (or its equivalent) including English Language and Mathematics, plus at least two passes in the relevant subjects at the Advanced Level.
  • Four passport size photographs
  • Three reference letters
  • Receipt number for verification of payment for admission forms

UNDERGRADUATE COURSES FOR POST-DEGREE STUDENTS

  • Two authenticated copies of certificate (Degree)
  • Two original copies of transcripts
  • Four passport size photographs
  • Three reference letters
  • Receipt number for verification of payment for admission forms

UNDERGRADUATE COURSES (MATURE STUDENTS)

  • Applicant’s age must be 25yrs and above at the time of applying
  • Two original copies of transcripts
  • Four passport size photographs
  • Three reference letters
  • Receipt number for verification of payment for admission forms

POSTGRADUATE COURSES

  • At least a Second Class Lower degree in the relevant field of study
  • Two original transcripts
  • Four passport size photographs
  • Three reference letters

FOREIGN APPLICANTS

Online application only. Applicants must be holders of the above mentioned qualifications or their equivalent.

Fees are subject to change in an academic year. The University provides a flexible fee payment plan for students.
